Ian Meiselman is a Finance student at the University of South Florida with a focus on commercial real estate. Raised in Florida, he had early exposure to property ownership and hands-on work in construction and operations. He purchased his first property at 19 and managed it independently, building a foundation in acquisitions and an understanding of pricing, risk, and long-term value.

He currently serves as Vice President of the University of South Florida Real Estate Society, where he coordinates events and connects students with professionals in the industry. His academic concentration in commercial real estate focuses on larger assets, complex capital structures, and investment decision-making.

His work in real estate is centered on identifying, evaluating, and securing acquisitions. He has continued to build his track record through academic work and hands-on analysis, with an emphasis on understanding pricing, risk, and long-term value.
